ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (ICAO TI) The 2015-2016 edition of the ICAO TI is harmonized (except as otherwise specified in table 1) with the 18th revised edition of the UN Model Regulations and became applicable on 1 January 2015. This system ensures governmental control over the carriage of dangerous goods by air and gives world-wide harmonization of safety standards.
